[size=9pt][color=#20425C] It seemed time was finally beginning to slow down. The rats that had attacked her home seemed to be dwindling in numbers as the Snowclan warriors fought back with a vigor that surprised the tiny kit. Picking her way quietly around the injured cats that lay moaning in Snowbirds den, the blind little she-cat listened for any sign of a cat in urgent need. Particularly, Snowbird. It seemed like every apprentice the chinchilla colored Medicine Cat got, they either dissapeared, got demoted, or just walked out.

Memorykit's sightless eyes flicked across the den. Her ears pricked as she listened. Was it Snowbird? The tabby wasn't sure. Could it be another cat? Perhaps. Puffing out her chest and trying her hardest NOT to look like a terrified kit, she waited to see who it was.

[size=9pt][color=#20425C] "Oh hello there" Memorykit meowed, trying extremley hard to keep the quiver from her voice. It was a kit. She could tell by his voice. But why was he in here? To harm her?... Lowering her ears to her head she took the tiniest of steps back, letting her tail brush the ground behind her. "W-What are you doing here?" She stammered, her cloudy blue eyes blazing with what seemed to be panic.

[size=9pt][color=#20425C] Memorykit blinked and poked her head into the medicine cats den. She had heard the wails of a kitten entering and curiosity got the best of her. "Goodmorning Snowbird" She meowed softly, padding silently inside. "I couldnt help but hear a cry for help. And from Orchidkit, let me guess a thorn in your paw? Or maybe a burr caught on your ear?"

The Blue tabby flicked her tail, letting it touch the other kits shoulder. It was a friendly gesture, reassuring the she-cat that Memorykit hadnt meant anything to sound rude or hurtful. Her blind eyes gazed up at Snowbird, as she moved forward to sit beside the pretty Medicine Cat.

[size=9pt][color=#20425C] Lifting her head up, and pricking her ears, Memorykit tilted her head in the direction of Cherryhunter. "Hello there" The blind kitten meowed. "Are you looking for Snowbird?.. Well i guess that is a silly question. Of course you are." The blue tabby purred, her whiskers twitching with amusement. "Whats happened? I hope nothing to serious..."

[size=9pt][color=#20425C] "It didnt come in here" Memorykit said. She could pick up the tiniest of sounds, nothing came into the den that sounded whatsoever like a frog. Tilting her head to the side she kept her eyes trained in the direction of where she could here the tom. "Whats your name?" She asked.

[size=9pt][color=#20425C] "A badger? Oo that must have hurt. I hope you taught it a lesson!" The kit meowed, puffing out her fur to make herself look twice as big. "We dont need any badgers near camp. It becomes not only a threat to the warriors but the nursing and expecting queens, along with our elders!"

[size=9pt][color=#20425C] "Memorykit, but you can just call me Memory if you like" She replied, flicking her tail to the side. "Ive never hear or smelled you before" She continued. "How old are you?" Lifting her paw she scuffed up some dirt, unsure why she was asking so many questions.

[size=9pt][color=#20425C] "You killed it? By yourself! That nearly impossible. Oh how did you do it?" Memorykit meowed excitedly. Although it was mostly a show. She didnt care about the badger, she cared about the other cat who was in pain. Memory wasnt sure where Snowbird was, but if she could keep the other cats talking and not thinking about there pain, well it would make her feel alot better off in the long run.

[size=9pt][color=#20425C] She scowled at Blankkit, her tail twitching in annoyance. "Yes, talking." She murmured. Memory unsheathed and sheathed her claws, making little rivets in the ground. "Neither of us are hurt, I just came to see how you were doing..."

[size=9pt][color=#20425C] Memorykit jumped at the sudden explosion coming from the entrance of the medicine cats den. Her ears pricked forward as she listened to the she-cat who seemed to be freaking out. "Shh calm yourself. Take a Deep breath. And wait a few moments. Snowbird will be back soon to help" The blue tabby meowed calmly, her blind eyes locked on where aspenpaw was standing.

[size=9pt][color=#20425C] "What are you doing!" Memorykit squealed. She could hear the other kitten and could only guess what she was going to do. Jumping to her paws she lunged forward, attempting to knock over the she-kit. "Dont eat ANYTHING! It could be harmful!"

[size=9pt][color=#20425C] Memorykit swayed her tail, sitting sort of close to Snowbird as she listened to her deputy, medicine cat, and the strange kitten who had walked in. "Hello Deathwish" She meowed politely, lowering her head in respect.
